These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases submitted through kccvnrh.com.
1. Store Operator
KccvnRh™ is owned and operated by Xi’an Maituo Import and Export Co., Ltd.
2. Orders
By submitting an order, customers confirm that the checkout information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. An order may be declined or canceled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.
3. Product Information
We aim to describe products accurately. Reasonable differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation or similar factors.
4. Prices & Charges
Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes and the final order total are shown during checkout before an order is submitted.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.
6. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.
7. Shipping
Standard shipping to supported United States destinations generally has an estimated carrier transit time of 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability, product location and destination.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
After an approved returned item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days.
9. Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation promptly before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor an eligible cancellation request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started.
No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us with the relevant order information and photographs or videos where appropriate.
We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, return arrangement or other appropriate solution.
11. Promotions
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions presented with the applicable promotion.
12. Errors & Availability
Genuine pricing, product-description, inventory or technical errors may be corrected when identified.
Where an error materially affects an order already submitted, an appropriate explanation and available resolution will be provided.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
